Announcing the Launch of Our Customer Portal

Remote Breakroom is so excited to announce the integration of our Customer Platform. After months of planning, brainstorming, and hard work, we've developed a user-friendly interface with our clients in mind. Starting Thursday, February 11th, you'll be able to signup and explore this new platform at teams.remotebreakroom.com.

When diving into development, our primary goal was to create a space that office managers, event coordinators, HR specialists, and more could easily set up and distribute snack boxes to their teams, no matter the size. You'll find a dashboard with all the tools you need to create your order, Box Level, Box Type, Add Recipients, Profile/Billing Information, and Review Your Order. Our Box Type and Box Level allow users to select the best pricing and box type fit for their organization's budget and needs.

Users will find that they can select the frequency of orders, either subscription or one-time order, and can update at any time. Other helpful tools include three options on adding recipients to the order, manually entering information, importing a file, or requesting a custom link to share easily with their team. The custom link was popular among many clients, as it takes away a lot of leg-work for the coordinator. Now, the custom URL can easily be copied or shared directly through the platform.

Box customizations are still available upon request, so if you're looking for something special for your event, you'll have the option to select "Custom Box," and a member of our support team will get in contact with you. Another customization our clients will find is the option to select snack allergies/restrictions for their recipients.

We have also integrated with our shipping carriers, which means users can oversee and track all outgoing boxes for full transparency. The platform also allows users to make a payment, view invoice history and past orders.

Our vision has finally come to life, as we strived to create a platform that genuinely simplified the process of ordering and sending snack boxes. Providing employee morale boosters, client appreciation gifts, or something to spice up zoom meetings should be easy!

Let's get snacking!
